How to Submit a Return Request
Sign in with your user account and password. Under the "Your Account" menu item is a history list of each order you have placed with us. Find the order for the item(s) you wish to return. Click the "Order Details" button. On the screen that appears, check the checkboxes preceding each line item you wish to return and then press the "Return Items" button. Fill out the return request form that appears and press the "Submit" button.
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase of equipment -- airbrushes, compressors, and accessories -- Laurel Cosmetics will refund your purchase amount (less shipping & handling*) if the item is in resellable condition and includes all original packaging. The item(s) must be in good condition without damage, returned shipping prepaid, in original boxes with all warranty information and literature within 30 days of purchase.
If the item is not returned with all original packaging but is in good condition, Laurel Cosmetics may deduct a 15% restocking fee to cover the loss in value in reselling the item as an open box item. If the item is not in good condition for some other reason, Laurel Cosmetics will make a fair appraisal of value and make the appropriate credit based upon the condition of the item(s).
Unopened containers of products -- lotions, sprays, creams, and the like -- may also be returned within 30 days. Sales are considered final on opened product.
Returns after 30 days may be accepted at Laurel Cosmetics's sole discretion. These returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and an additional assessment based on condition. Tanning solutions in the customer's possession beyond 30 days are not returnable.
* Shipping costs are not refundable. If Laurel Cosmetics subsidizes shipping in any case, then the incurred shipping cost will be greater than the invoice shipping amount. The amount deducted from Invoice Price to determine the refund on a return will be the greater of the Invoice shipping amount or actual incurred shipping.
